Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Invests an Additional $4 Million in K25.ai

Nasdaq-listed company NewGenIVF Group Limited has announced an additional $4 million in strategic funding for AI-native live streaming prediction platform K25.ai. Combined with its previous investment, the company's total investment in the project has increased to $6 million. The implied valuation of K25.ai post this funding round is $100 million. Following the completion of this strategic partnership, K25.ai founder and CEO Andy Cheung, along with two co-founders, will join the NewGenIVF board of directors. It is understood that the new funds will be fully utilized for platform iteration and development, accelerating the integration and commercial application of AI technology with the live streaming industry, digital assets, and prediction market businesses.
