Xiaodong Song, former founder of Oasis Labs, has joined Meta’s Super Intelligence Lab as Vice President of AI Research.

Dawn Song (Xiaodong Song), co-founder of Virtue AI and former founder of Oasis Labs, announced on X that she will join Meta’s Superintelligence Labs (MSL) as Vice President of AI Research. She will be joined by several members of the Virtue AI team. She stated that she will focus on advancing Meta’s work in AI safety and AI security, with an emphasis on enhancing the safety, trustworthiness, and usability of cutting-edge AI models and agent systems.
