According to a Binance announcement, due to anomalies such as restricted deposits and withdrawals and price deviations across spot markets on multiple exchanges, Binance will enable the latest Last Price Protection (LPP) mechanism for the BULLAUSDT USDT-M perpetual contract on October 28 at 14:00 (UTC+8). During the protection period, the marked price will be calculated based on the average trade price over the past 10 seconds, with changes limited to ±1% per second; the upper and lower limits of the funding rate will be adjusted from ±2% to ±0.005%.
