According to Bloomberg, approximately 20 traders and their trading system from Avenir Group—a single-family office owned by cryptocurrency billionaire Li Lin—will be fully integrated into Hong Kong-listed wealth management firm Bitfire Group Holdings Ltd. Li Lin holds roughly 30% of Bitfire’s shares. Bitfire CEO Livio Weng stated that this acquisition aims to leverage the team’s expertise to further expand its private banking client base.
