As reported by Fortune, digital threat detection startup Overwatch has completed a $15 million Series A round led by Mouro Capital, with participation from Visa Ventures and Capital One Ventures. PruVen Capital, New Era Capital Partners, and Y Combinator also participated. Founded in 2022 by Arjun Bisen and Zara Perumal, the company is headquartered in New York and leverages technologies such as AI agents to help businesses defend against digital threats. Visa, Capital One, Cash App, SoFi, Stripe, and DoorDash are all its clients.
