According to CoinDesk, the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre has requested GitHub to take down three code repositories related to Bitchat. Bitchat is an open-source offline communication application launched by Jack Dorsey that can relay encrypted messages and Bitcoin transactions via Bluetooth mesh networks in environments without internet access.
