According to the official announcement, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the registration for the initial public offering (IPO) of Unitree Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. Pursuant to the approval, the Company will implement the issuance strictly in accordance with the prospectus and the issuance and underwriting plan submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This approval is valid for 12 months from the date of approval for registration; between the effectiveness of the registration and the completion of this issuance, if any major events occur, the Company must timely report to the Shanghai Stock Exchange and handle them in accordance with regulations.
