According to The Block, Grayscale has filed a Grayscale Worldcoin ETF registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing shows that the fund will hold World Network's native token WLD as a passive investment vehicle, and the value of its shares will be determined based on the value of WLD held by the trust, less relevant fees.
