Vitalik Recommends "The Interfold" Project: A General Implementation of MACI for Privacy Protocols
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin recommended the "The Interfold" project in a post, stating that more people should learn about Interfold. It is a general implementation version of the MACI (Minimal Anti-Collusion Infrastructure) concept he has repeatedly called for over the past decade. Essentially, this project is a privacy protocol optimized for scenarios such as voting and secret auctions, allowing more people to pay attention to and understand this technological advancement.Vitalik also stated that the core mechanisms of Interfold include generating threshold encryption keys, users submitting votes on-chain with ZKP eligibility proofs, performing arbitrary computations within Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) followed by threshold decryption. This enables unconditional voter anonymity, Ethereum-level censorship resistance, and ensures correctness through ZK over FHE, among other strong security guarantees. The main limitation at present is the high cost of complex computations (such as multiplication operations); only additive vote counting is mature. Optimizations based on slashing are being advanced, with a long-term goal of implementing obfuscation techniques to eliminate reliance on M-of-N committees.
ZachXBT: BlockDAG and ZKP Presale Funds Allegedly Commingled and Used for Illegal Marketing Payments
On-chain sleuth ZachXBT posted on his personal channel that chain tracking analysis shows at least approximately $25 million in presale funds from two investment schemes related to Gurhan Kiziloz show signs of commingling. These funds were transferred to pay for promotions by KOLs and streamers, linked to his online gambling platform. ZachXBT stated that the fundraising materials for the related presale projects, BlockDAG Network and ZKP, did not disclose that the funds would be used to support other businesses. However, on-chain data reveals that after the funds were pooled across multiple addresses, they were transferred via cross-chain bridges to exchanges and then to promotional payment addresses.ZachXBT also named several related addresses, including the Spartans KOL payment address and the BlockDAG / ZKP presale wallets, and advised investors to stay away from the BlockDAG, ZKP, and Spartans projects. Currently, some retail investors are continuously complaining on social media about the use of these funds.

According to Arkham data, the zkPass team's multi-sign address (0xEF1) transferred a total of 10,000,000 ZKP to Binance over the past 30 minutes, valued at approximately $796,100.Currently, the circulating supply of ZKP is 268 million, and this distribution accounts for about 3.73% of the total circulating supply.
