Project Overview

Tally is a DAO operations platform to help dApp project teams start, join, and grow decentralized organizations. It simplifies the DAO governance process, enabling users, project teams, and relevant stakeholders to focus on contributing to DAOs. Tally integrates high-quality open-source DAO tools and best practices in one place, allowing participants to make decisions with on-chain token voting - the safest and most trustless way for a DAO to manage funds and on-chain assets. Additionally, it enables easy access to all parties' decentralized identities, and the easy proposal and approval of payouts for contributors, services, and sub-DAOs.

GMX Launches Phase 2 Proposal for Market-Making Fund, Plans to Add Contingency Reserve

the Phase 2 proposal for the GMX market-making fund has been launched on the governance platform Tally. The proposal plans to establish a dedicated Contingency Reserve to provide funding support for subsequent market-making activities. GMX token holders and governance delegates can now participate in voting, and holders may also delegate their voting rights to active delegates.

The ENS DAO has launched an ENSv2 activation proposal, currently receiving approximately 619,000 affirmative votes, which has not yet reached the 1 million vote quorum.

The proposal page on the ENS DAO governance platform Tally/Blockful shows that the "Activate ENSv2" proposal submitted by nick.eth is currently voting and will close on October 25 at 13:32. Currently, there are approximately 619,000 yes votes (100%), 25 no votes, and 0 abstentions. Quorum progress stands at 619.42K / 1M. Upon approval and execution, the DAO will freeze new .eth registrations on ENSv1 through a single atomic transaction consisting of 15 calls, and transfer ownership of the v1 BaseRegistrar to the renewal-only ETHRenewerV1 contract. Simultaneously, the proposal will direct the .eth resolver to the ENSV2Resolver and update the Universal Resolver proxy to point to an intermediate proxy managed by the Security Council. Subsequently, ENS Labs will complete the final pre-migration synchronization and open registration via the v2 ETHRegistrar. The team will also switch to v2 resolution and transfer all retained v2 administrative privileges to the DAO timelock. An interval of several hours is anticipated between the proposal's execution and the full v2 launch. During this window, new name registrations will be disabled on both v1 and v2, while other name management operations will continue as usual and renewals will remain functional.
