: DeAgentAI, a decentralized AI infrastructure project on the SUI and BNB ecosystems, announced that its total buyback program of $5 million worth of AIA tokens has been fully executed. The first batch, involving the burning of 1 million AIA tokens, was completed earlier. This second batch burn of 10 million AIA tokens has now been completed, bringing the cumulative total burned to 11 million tokens, accounting for 23.1% of the total repurchased amount. All tokens have been sent to a black hole address for permanent destruction.Furthermore, DeAgentAI announced the official launch of a quarterly burning mechanism. Going forward, the AIA burn plan will be executed on a quarterly basis, marking the deflation mechanism's entry into a normalized phase. The funds for the buyback come from the project's protocol revenue and profits from its proprietary AI trading models, and are unrelated to external financing or token inflation.
According to official announcements, the Sui ecosystem Bitcoin financial platform Hashi testnet has officially launched. Hashi first debuted in March, aiming to provide a brand new way for BTC: unlocking value on Sui without leaving the Bitcoin network. Hashi transforms dormant BTC into secure, programmable collateral assets for institutional-grade lending, financing, and credit services, with all actions verifiable on-chain. Developers can now access the Hashi testnet to build and stress-test financial applications collateralized by Bitcoin,
Odaily Planet Daily reported that NASDAQ-listed SUI Group Holdings Limited announced the expansion of its strategic lending partnership with Bluefin, a decentralized exchange on the Sui ecosystem. According to the revised digital currency loan agreement, SUI Group will lend an additional 4 million SUI to Bluefin, bringing the total loan size to 6 million SUI. At the same time, the company has increased the revenue sharing ratio from the original 5% to 11%, payable in SUI. Adeniyi Abiodun, co-founder of Mysten Labs—the development team behind Sui—shared Sui’s future roadmap in a recent post. According to the article, Sui’s long-term goal is to build foundational blockchain infrastructure capable of supporting global value flow over the next decade—enabling efficient payments, financial asset transfers, and transactions between machines and AI agents—all on a single network. The team emphasized that this vision stems from its core principle: “making value flow as freely as information.” Sui will continuously iterate its underlying architecture and protocol design to realize this objective. Technically, Sui leverages an object-centric model, horizontally scalable architecture, and native parallel execution to achieve high throughput, low latency, and composability within a single network—while also facilitating the onboarding of stablecoins, real-world assets, and institutional-grade financial products. Additionally, the project introduces privacy-preserving transactions, gasless transfers, and yield-bearing asset mechanisms to reduce usage costs and enhance financial accessibility. The article states that the future financial system will progressively migrate onto public-chain infrastructure—from individual payments to institutional capital markets—achieving full digitization and further extending into AI-driven automated transaction scenarios. The team describes its mission as building a unified global value network, evolving fund flows toward an instant, low-cost, “messaging-style” paradigm.
According to CoinDesk, Nasdaq-listed SUI Group and London-based hedge fund Karatage co-led Nof1’s $15 million funding round. Previously, the two firms jointly invested—with TwinPath Ventures—in Recursive Superintelligence, a self-evolving AI startup valued at over $4 billion. Both investments rest on the same core thesis: autonomous AI agents will become the foundational infrastructure of future investment markets, and companies building training environments today may dominate the financial landscape of tomorrow.
DeFi protocol Splyce Finance has completed a strategic funding round, with investors including the Sui Foundation, Stellar Foundation, Solana Foundation, Lucid Drakes, Sarson Funds, and Kin Capital. The specific funding amount has not yet been disclosed.
