Project Overview

StableStock is an on-chain stock asset platform that combines traditional finance and decentralized finance. It aims to provide a digital trading method for assets such as US stocks through stablecoin settlement. The platform includes three core modules: StableBroker (supporting stablecoin purchases of stocks), StableVault (tokenizing stock assets for on-chain applications), and StableSwap (enabling low-slippage swaps between different tokens).

StableStock Launches Leveraged Spot Trading, Supporting Stablecoin Trading of Over 700 Global Instruments with Up to ~10x Leverage

StableStock announced today the official launch of its leveraged spot trading feature. Users can now directly use stablecoins to conduct leveraged spot trading on global market instruments, using stablecoins as an entry point to seamlessly access real stock markets.Leveraged spot trading supports zero interest for intraday trading: Positions opened and closed before the end of the day's post-market trading session incur no interest; only positions held overnight are subject to interest according to the rules. For active intraday and short-term traders, this mechanism reduces the implicit cost of holding positions. This launch covers major global markets, with over 700 instruments available for leveraged trading, offering a maximum leverage of approximately 10x. These include high-profile stocks recently watched by the market, such as SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics, Zhipu, and a large number of popular US stocks. In addition to individual stocks, the list also includes several bear (inverse) ETFs, providing users with options for both long and short positions.StableStock CEO Zixi stated: "Leveraged spot trading further bridges stablecoin settlement with real stock markets, allowing users to participate in global markets with lower holding costs and greater flexibility. This is another step for stablecoins moving from settlement tools to becoming the entry point for real asset trading."Before using the leverage function, users must complete identity verification (KYC) and transfer funds to their leverage account. Specific mechanisms such as interest calculation and forced liquidation are subject to the prompts on the product page. Leverage trading can amplify both gains and losses, and users should use it prudently based on their own risk tolerance.StableStock is supported by institutions such as YZi Labs, MPCi (Matrix Partners China), and Vertex Ventures, providing a global capital and liquidity foundation. The platform currently supports trading of approximately 1,400+ global stock instruments. In the future, the platform will continue to expand its capabilities to more markets and more asset classes, further perfecting the infrastructure connecting stablecoins to global capital markets.

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong has added StableStock and HabitTrade to its warning list of unlicensed platforms.

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong has issued a warning, adding two unlicensed platforms—StableStock and HabitTrade—to its warning list. The SFC noted that online videos are inducing the public to use the StableStock platform, which claims users can subscribe to Hong Kong IPOs using virtual assets and states it is collaborating with HabitTrade. The SFC emphasized that neither entity holds an SFC license and therefore must not engage in any regulated activities in Hong Kong or promote their services to the public.
