Sango is the digital monetary system powered by Bitcoin. Citizenship in the Central African Republic can be obtained by locking a fixed collateral of SANGO Coins, in the amount of 60000 USD, for a period of five years. Upon completion of the period, the SANGO Coins are returned to the owner.
