Odaily reports: BitcoinTreasuries.NET posted on X that Brazilian listed company OranjeBTC (OBTC3) has purchased an additional 6 Bitcoins. It now holds a total of 3,918 BTC, ranking 24th in the Bitcoin 100 Ranking.
According to an official post by OranjeBTC (@ORANJEBTC), the company completed a private stock repurchase transaction this week, repurchasing 3,926,667 shares of OBTC3 common stock at a price of R$4.05 per share, corresponding to an implied mNAV multiple of 0.65x, with a total transaction amount of approximately R$15.9 million. This repurchase generated a weekly gross BTC Yield of 2.68%, while the Bitcoin reserve remained unchanged. As of now, the company holds 3,912 BTC, with a gross BTC Yield of 3.15% for the third quarter, and a year-to-date gross BTC Yield of 16.39%. The company stated that under certain circumstances, repurchasing its own stock is more effective than directly purchasing Bitcoin in increasing BTC holdings per share.

According to an official announcement, Brazilian publicly listed company OranjeBTC disclosed that it acquired 20 additional bitcoins for approximately USD 1.506 million, at an average price of approximately USD 75,346 per bitcoin, and repurchased 289,100 shares of OBTC3 during the period. OranjeBTC currently holds a total of 3,762 bitcoins, with a cumulative acquisition cost of approximately USD 395.33 million and an average purchase price of approximately USD 105,085 per bitcoin. Year-to-date BTC return stands at 2.20%, while Q2 BTC return is 2.01%.
Brazilian listed company OranjeBTC (OBTC3) has voted in favor of Strategy's proposal to adjust STRC dividends to semi-monthly distribution. OranjeBTC stated that it believes this adjustment could reduce volatility, deepen liquidity, and drive stronger demand. (BitcoinTreasuries.NET)
