Newton is a website and protocol that blockchain developers can use to ask technical questions about smart contracts. They can put token bounties on their questions to incentivize other developers to answer them faster. They can also earn retroactive rewards from benevolent protocols, as well as the Newton $NEWT token, for being useful contributors.
