According to an announcement by Nasdaq-listed company Alpha Modus, its subsidiary AMOD Tech completed a strategic transaction on September 30, acquiring 3,170 BTC. As of October 20, the related Bitcoin holdings were valued at over $250 million. The transaction also included approximately 51.62 million warrants with an exercise price of $4.36 per share, and if fully exercised for cash, the company could receive additional total proceeds of approximately $225 million.
