Kaon

Kaon is the programmable Bitcoin Layer 1. At its core, Kaon uses Bitcoin Core code, a dPoS consensus and Galaxy consensus for a cross-chain. It also leverages the Evmone module to introduce complete EVM and solidity smart contracts for BTC ecosystem. Kaon's predecessor, Akropolis, was a DeFi product provider that give users access to efficient and sustainable passive yield generation on multiple chains.
