Odaily News: MetaMask on Thursday launched the self-custodial wallet Agent Wallet, which allows AI agents to execute on-chain transactions within user-defined limits. It targets traders and developers who use AI agents to monitor markets, identify opportunities, and execute trades autonomously. Users can set spending limits, approve specific protocols, choose risk settings, and select between Guard Mode and Beast Mode for different levels of automation. Agent Wallet supports Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes, OpenCode, as well as Hyperliquid and Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible networks. Agent Wallet supports gas abstraction, allowing users to pay network fees using the asset being transferred, without needing to hold the network's native token. MetaMask stated that supported transactions will undergo transaction simulation, threat scanning, and smart transaction MEV protection. Eligible transactions that still incur losses after passing security checks may be covered by Transaction Protection of up to $10,000 per month.

According to DeFiLlama's latest "Tokenized Stock Research Report", tokenized stocks are becoming one of the fastest-growing sectors, with active market cap increasing from $814 million at the beginning of the year to $1.976 billion, a growth of over 140%. The report conducted a comparative analysis of the stock product architecture, market trading data, and liquidity performance of mainstream platforms including Binance, Bitget, Kraken, Bybit, Hyperliquid, and Ondo Finance. Data shows that in liquidity benchmark tests for the five stock spot markets of MSTR, SPY, QQQ, CRCL, and NVDA, Bitget's stock token rToken had a median bid-ask spread of only 0.83 basis points and maintained the deepest order book liquidity across all sample markets. In execution benchmark tests covering 36 stock perpetual contracts and 8 metal and commodity perpetual contracts, Bitget maintained a leading position in depth across approximately 90% of trading pairs. DeFiLlama noted that as the tokenized stock market continues to mature, liquidity and trade execution quality are becoming key differentiating factors in platform competition. With lower trading costs and deeper order books, Bitget provides a more efficient trading experience for institutional and retail users.

The report assumes Hyperliquid's 2027 earnings will be approximately $1 billion (an increase of about 20% compared to 2025), and expects the circulating supply at that time to reach 270 million to 310 million tokens, corresponding to earnings per token of approximately $3.25 to $3.75. Hyperliquid has become a decentralized exchange used by many traders for perpetual contract trading. Its Ethereum-compatible module, HyperEVM, directly connects to the self-developed HyperCore blockchain, allowing applications such as wallets and exchanges to provide services like perpetual contract trading based on its shared liquidity. Currently, hundreds of developers are deploying or integrating through Hyperliquid's builder codes system, including MetaMask, Phantom wallet, and South African exchange VALR. Data from Flowscan shows that related developers have generated approximately $90 million in revenue so far. Since October 2025, MetaMask has offered users self-custodial perpetual contract access within the wallet and charges a 0.1% builder fee. VALR CEO Farzam Ehsani stated that the exchange previously built its own perpetual contract infrastructure but chose to integrate Hyperliquid's order book due to insufficient liquidity and trading volume.
HyperliquidNews posted on X, stating that TER has now been listed on Hyperliquid, supporting 10x leverage, with the deployer being tradeparagon.
Hyperliquid co-founder iliensinc responded to the abnormal SK Hynix pricing incident on Trade.xyz this morning, stating that Hyperliquid is a permissionless blockchain, and different teams can deploy and operate markets based on its infrastructure. Among them, the xyz:SKHYNIX perpetual contract was deployed and is operated by the XYZ team. The XYZ team is currently investigating the situation and will release updates once a conclusion is reached.Iliensinc also explained that the HIP-3 market deployer is responsible for providing data such as the mark price, oracle, and external perpetual contract price. Taking the pricing mechanism of a BTC perpetual contract as an example, the protocol provides the median of the latest on-chain transaction price, the best bid price, and the best ask price as one of three price components. The other two prices are provided by the deployer, and together these three influence the final mark price.
