Herodotus

Herodotus aims to provide smart contracts with synchronous access to on-chain data from other Ethereum layers. Its stack combines storage proofs with zero-knowledge proofs, in order to enable cross-domain data access between Ethereum layers and make contracts deployed on them self-aware.
