FIAT DAO is an on-chain cooperative responsible for the development of the FIAT protocol. FIAT stands for Fixed Income Asset Token, which enables users to mint a single ERC-20 asset ($FIAT) against a range of fixed income assets, unlocking liquidity for the duration of the deposit.
