Ethscriptions

Ethscriptions are a new way of creating and sharing digital artifacts on Ethereum using transaction calldata. Ethscriptions achieves this by bypassing smart contract storage and execution and instead calculating state by applying deterministic protocol rules to "dumb" Ethereum calldata.
