Bricklayer is an institutional private credit protocol designed to bridge the gap between commercial real estate (RWA) and decentralized finance (DeFi). The agreement pools liquidity from multiple fixed-term and floating-rate lenders to issue over-mortgage loans to property owners, with the goal of providing competitive yields to depositors/creditors while maintaining a conservative 70% loan-to-value (LTV) ratio for borrowers.
