LTD and its affiliated entities Lonestar Taproot LLC and Lonestar Dream, Inc. filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey on July 22, 2026. The case is presided over by Judge Eamonn J. O'Hagan under joint administration case number 26-18325. Key milestones include a creditors' meeting held on August 28, a bid deadline of September 8, and an asset sale hearing scheduled for September 18. Counsel for the debtor is Archer & Greiner, P.C. Creditors may submit proofs of claim by mail to the KCC dba Verita Global claims processing center in El Segundo, California.
