Indian crypto trading platform CoinSwitch launches SafeSwitch anti-fraud campaign, providing scam identification and reporting guidance.

According to Tech in Asia, Indian crypto trading platform CoinSwitch launched the SafeSwitch anti-fraud program on October 26. The initiative aims to enhance users' awareness of online scams through a fraud detection quiz, a website security checking tool, and reporting guidelines. It includes a 10-question scam identification quiz, information on India’s cybercrime reporting helpline 1930, and a tool to assist with website security checks. CoinSwitch emphasized that the website inspection tool provides only an additional security reference and cannot guarantee that a website is absolutely safe.
