K3 Capital announces a partnership with Galaxy and Accountable to launch an Institutional Yield Vault, bringing institutional OTC lending relationships on-chain. The product is deployed on the Monad network, uses AUSD as the settlement asset, and adopts a single-borrower model with Nasdaq-listed company Galaxy as the sole borrower. The initial size is 30 million AUSD, with a target total credit line of 100 million AUSD and a fixed annual interest rate of 7.5%.
