ByteDance Launches To B Strategy Upgrade, Doubao, Lark, and Volcengine Three Major Businesses Integrated and Restructured

According to IT Home, ByteDance announced on July 30 the launch of an organizational structure adjustment focused on AI enterprise services. This restructuring merges the Feishu product team into the Doubao product team, under the unified management of Doubao head Zhao Qi; simultaneously, the Feishu GTM team will be integrated with Volcengine to establish a new ToB GTM organization "Creativity Service Platform", led by Volcengine head Tan Dai, who will oversee the marketing, sales, and customer service for ByteDance's cloud services including MaaS and SaaS. Following the restructuring, Doubao Enterprise Edition will natively integrate the Feishu ecosystem, covering all office scenarios such as documents, spreadsheets, meetings, and group chats, and has currently begun internal beta testing with selected Feishu customers.
