According to CoinDesk, Grayscale Chief Financial Officer Edward McGee officially departed on July 2 after seven years of service due to personal matters, with no disagreements regarding company operations. The company has appointed Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim co-CFOs, with Masci also serving as Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and joining the board of directors. Previously, Grayscale Head of Issuance John Hoffman also departed last fall and recently joined tokenized asset platform Ondo Finance. Meanwhile, Grayscale has paused its IPO plan due to poor market conditions, and it may not resume until the fourth quarter at the earliest.
