According to Reuters, Yorkville America, the asset management company overseeing the Truth Social-branded ETF under Trump, is nearing the completion of an acquisition deal to further expand its product line by purchasing an institutional asset management firm, with the transaction expected to close in September. Yorkville CEO Steve Neamtz stated that the acquisition will be a crucial step in the company's strategic expansion, driving its business from its current product line focused on "America First" themed ETFs into the broader digital asset management sector. Neamtz added that this marks Yorkville's first foray into digital assets and crypto products, noting that the firm has already submitted applications to launch approximately 12 more ETFs over the coming weeks to months, covering themes such as the digital economy and macro strategies. Meanwhile, Yorkville also announced the launch of the MANGOS Plus Index ETF, which will list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE Texas. This is Yorkville's first ETF not managed under the Truth Social brand, primarily targeting prominent companies in the AI industry chain. The index tracked by this ETF covers Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Alphabet, OpenAI, and Space
