Japanese payment service provider Netstars announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Kaia DLT Foundation, operator of the L1 blockchain Kaia. The two parties will collaborate on the "StarPay-X" initiative to facilitate the integration of stablecoins from the Kaia ecosystem into Netstars' "StarPay" and "Stablecoin Pay" payment networks.
