According to CryptoSlate, the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) sent a letter to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City requesting a reassessment of Kraken Financial’s compliance ahead of the renewal of its one-year limited-purpose charter, and urging consideration of additional restrictions, suspension, non-renewal, or termination.
