Newly created wallet 0xf31d withdrew 8,239 ETH from multiple exchanges in the past 12 hours, worth approximately $14.5 million; another whale address 0x363A cumulatively bought 11,843 ETH in the past 3 hours, worth approximately $20.8 million. Combined, the two accumulated over 20,000 ETH, worth approximately $35.3 million.
