According to The Block, Kraken has partnered with the on-chain institutional lending platform Maple to launch an on-chain warehousing facility for digital asset-backed loans. This facility will provide USDC liquidity to Kraken’s OTC lending clients, enabling borrowers to use crypto assets such as BTC and ETH as collateral.
