According to sources familiar with the matter, SpaceX has begun declining exclusive commercial launch orders for Falcon 9 after 2028 and has paused accepting new reservations for the Falcon 9 Rideshare program to accelerate the transition to Starship.Additionally, SpaceX has stopped producing certain non-reusable components for the Falcon series, but is still expected to continue using Falcon 9 for launch missions for the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA.
