Crypto trading app Fomo closes $75 million Series B funding round, achieving a $550 million valuation
According to Fortune, cryptocurrency trading startup Fomo has announced the completion of a $75 million Series B funding round, led by Index Ventures, with participation from Union Square Ventures, Mark Pincus—co-founder of Zynga—Humam Sakhnini, CEO of Discord, and Kevin Hartz, co-founder of Eventbrite. The company’s valuation stands at $550 million.
Fomo was founded in 2025 by Paul Erlanger, Se Yong Park, and Prashan Dharmasena—former members of the dYdX team.
