Circle will reduce limits for the legacy USDC cross-chain protocol CCTP V1 starting October 31, and suspend contracts on December 1.

Additionally, the Noble chain will not integrate with the new version of CCTP. Circle plans to suspend its USDC contract and remaining cross-chain routes on January 12, 2027. Holders on Noble must transfer out their USDC beforehand. Circle will take a snapshot of any remaining balances on the day of suspension and initiate manual redemptions starting January 13. Applicants must meet compliance and security requirements, with assets held in self-custody wallets.
