According to Businesswire, Empery Digital announced the signing of a final agreement to invest $65 million to acquire a 25% equity stake in an entity that acquires AI data center properties in the U.S. Midwest. The project currently has an available power capacity of approximately 150 MW and has the potential to expand to approximately 300 MW.
