AI training environment company Plato announces closing of $16 million Series A funding round, led by Nava Ventures

According to a PR Newswire press release, AI training environment company Plato announced the closing of its $16 million Series A funding round led by Nava Ventures, with participation from Gradient Ventures, Transpose Platform, and Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman. Nava Ventures founder Freddie Martignetti will join the board. This round brings Plato’s total funding to $19 million, following a seed round previously led by Gradient Ventures.
