BofA: CrowdStrike FY28 nnARR Guidance Exceeds Expectations, AI Security Becomes a New Growth Driver
According to Chaoxiang Research, a Bank of America Securities research report dated September 4, 2026 indicates that CrowdStrike raised its nnARR growth guidance for FY28 to over 20% at the Fal.Con conference, corresponding to at least $1.626 billion, which exceeds the market consensus of $1.537 billion. The company brought forward its FY30 ARR target to $10 billion. It also unveiled new AI security products including Falcon Guardian and SafeMind, with Guardian capable of immediately activating existing sensor deployments.
