Reserve has officially stated that the 3.38 billion RSR tokens involved in the Binance hot wallet hack have been sold by the attacker. The Reserve protocol contracts remain unaffected, and RSR holders need to take no further action. On-chain data indicates that the attacker exchanged the entirety of the RSR for 1,856 ETH via Uniswap V3 between 20:53 and 21:08 EST on October 29, with a total value of approximately $4.1 million.
