Nvidia launches the Medical Physics Simulation framework, defining medical robots as Physical AI systems that learn world behaviors by simulating contact, forces, and consequences, rather than relying on traditional programming. The framework aims to solve the core challenge in the field of medical robotics: real medical scenario data is difficult to obtain at scale. Nvidia believes that medical robots require embodied experience to understand complex physical interactions, and code alone cannot handle the uncertainties of the real world. This framework provides a new technical path for medical robot training.
