Investors Intensify Scrutiny of Crypto Asset Reserve Companies as Related Shareholders Lose Approximately $50 Billion

According to Bloomberg, as stock prices for crypto asset reserve companies have fallen sharply, retail and institutional investors have collectively incurred losses of approximately $50 billion. Some investors are now taking shareholder action to strengthen oversight of governance issues, such as employee compensation at these firms, in an effort to curb further losses.
