According to an official announcement, the BNB Foundation has completed its 35th quarterly token burn, destroying a total of 1.569 million $BNB on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC), valued at approximately $1.02 billion. Following this burn, the total circulating supply has decreased to approximately 134.8 million tokens.
BNB’s ultimate burn target is to reduce the total supply to 100 million tokens; the ongoing burn mechanism is designed to support the long-term, healthy development of the BNB Chain ecosystem.
