Bitdeer announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tydal Data Center AS has signed a colocation lease agreement for the Tydal artificial intelligence data center site in Norway. The agreement is not yet effective and remains subject to certain Preconditions, including the counterparty completing certain external customer and supplier arrangements. The company expects to disclose the commercial terms and expected business impact within the next month after the agreement officially takes effect.
