Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark announced that it has signed a 20-year triple-net lease agreement with an unnamed high credit-rated global technology company for its data center campus located in Sandersville, Georgia, USA, with total contract revenue of approximately $6.6 billion. If both five-year renewal options are fully exercised, the total contract value could reach up to $11.6 billion.
