According to a Blackstone Group announcement, Bank of America, Blackstone Group, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley have jointly announced a $63 billion financing transaction aimed at supporting Anthropic's deployment of AI compute infrastructure. The financing will be divided into senior debt and subordinated debt portions, with Bank of America, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley arranging the senior debt financing, while Blackstone Group will exclusively provide the committed subordinated debt financing.
