Guofu Quantum Acquires Nearly 20% Stake in Decentralized AI Social Messaging Platform Luffa AI for $39.8 Million

According to Aastocks, Guofu Quantum, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced the acquisition of a total of 11.89 million issued shares of Luffa AI—a decentralized social and messaging platform—for USD 19.8 million (approximately HKD 154 million). Additionally, Guofu Quantum will invest USD 20 million (approximately HKD 156 million) to subscribe for 10 million newly issued shares of Luffa AI. Upon completion of the transaction, Guofu Quantum will hold a 19.9% equity stake in Luffa AI. Luffa AI primarily engages in the development and operation of AI- and Web3-based communication and social networking products and related services. It employs end-to-end encryption and distributed technologies to safeguard user data and serves as an infrastructure layer for autonomous AI agents—providing decentralized identity, permission management, and other services.
