According to data from Qichacha, National Data Group Co., Ltd. has completed its business registration with a registered capital of 30 billion RMB. SASAC contributed 6 billion RMB, holding a 20% stake; China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom each contributed 4.5 billion RMB, holding 15% apiece for a combined 45%; China Southern Power Grid and State Grid each contributed 3.75 billion RMB, holding 12.5% apiece for a combined 25%; and Xiong'an Group contributed 3 billion RMB, holding a 10% stake. The company's business scope encompasses big data services, data processing and storage support services, artificial intelligence application software development, blockchain-related software and services, and cloud computing equipment technical services, among others.
