Operating Entity Behind XiaoYi Pay CoolCash Has License Revoked by Cambodia's Central Bank Over Prince Group Case

According to the China-Cambodia Times, the National Bank of Cambodia has announced the revocation of the payment license held by Tian Xu International Technology Plc., the operating entity for the payment platform CoolCash (Xiao Yi Pay). The license was issued on May 27, 2024, and was originally valid until 2030.
