Bybit Launches POV Order Mode to Enhance Large-Order Execution Capabilities
It is reported that Bybit recently launched Percentage-of-Volume (POV) orders on its derivatives platform. POV orders dynamically split large orders into smaller child orders and adjust execution timing based on real-time market trades and liquidity, helping reduce slippage and market impact while improving execution stability during volatile market conditions.
Unlike traditional execution methods that rely solely on trading volume, Bybit’s POV execution model is based on order book depth and offers three modes—volume-based, counterparty liquidity-based, and same-side liquidity-based—enabling traders to optimize execution according to their specific strategies. This feature is now available to eligible derivatives users.
