Intel plans to acquire quantum computing software company Classiq to build a full-stack quantum computing platform.

According to an announcement on Intel's official website, Intel has reached a definitive acquisition agreement with quantum computing software company Classiq. The companies plan to integrate Classiq's automated quantum algorithm synthesis platform with Intel's silicon spin qubit technology and semiconductor manufacturing capabilities to build a full-stack computing platform covering both quantum hardware and software.
